Step Two: On the resulting Home Page, click on the “Help Center” button at the bottom of the page.
Now click on the “Find Answers” tab to access the search function in the huge knowledge base.
Now all you have to do is enter your question in the search window. Two samples of questions and search results follow.
You can enter your question as a real sentence, without stressing over guessing predetermined key words.
(Of course, if you don’t get the desired results, try rephrasing the question to involve alternate key words.)
